Appointments 
Office hours are from
8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our patients are seen
by physician and patient referral. We welcome new patients. Because new
patient appointments require forty-five to sixty minutes, our office hours
are by appointment only. This assures a good use of time for both the patient
and the doctor. Because of the length of time required for a neurological
evaluation, it is essential that you arrive promptly for your appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call well in advance
to cancel or reschedule.
Prescriptions 
Prescriptions and medication
refills are provided during office hours when your records are available.
If you call for a refill, please have the telephone number of your pharmacy
available.
Our office assistant has extensive experience. When you need
to discuss your appointment, records, health plan, insurance, or other
administrative issues, she will be there with knowledgeable, friendly help.

When you call, please
explain your question or problem to the receptionist. She will answer your
question or relay the information to the doctor. Prescription refills or
changes in your medical condition can frequently be relayed to the doctor.
Handling messages this way will help meet your needs quickly and efficiently.
Routine phone calls are best handled during office hours. The doctor returns
calls between patient appointments, during lunch, or at the end of
the day. Most illnesses cannot be treated by phone unless the doctor has
recently evaluated your condition. An office visit for re-evaluation may
be needed.
